REGISTRATION & ACCESS

I have not received an invitation email.

I forgot my password or login name.

I cannot access my account after I registered for a reason other than loss of login credentials.

The language of the portal is not the one I prefer.

NOTIFICATIONS

I have not received any notifications from road2kodiaq.com for a long time.

Notifications from the portal are sorted to spam box by my email client.

PORTAL PERFORMANCE ISSUES

Videos are not running at all or they are running very slowly and/or interruptedly.

Pictures are not showed to me.

E-LEARNINGS

I cannot access an e-learning page.

ADMINISTRATION

It is not possible to register additional employees to the portal.

ROAD TO KODIAQ

I have not received any registration form for CPT. / I cannot register for CPT.

I completed an e-learning and no points were added to my score.

Can I get additional points if I run an e-learning or a game once again?
